42 days..

Yep.. only 6 weeks left until my due date. Woa.. John and I started taking our "prep for birthing" class. It is actually pretty good. I've been trying to exercise and do the stretches and exercises that are supposed to get me and the baby ready for labor and delivery. It'll be here before we know it! We are getting really excited and nervous all the time.
We have been apartment managers for about a year and half now.. and it started out great.. and because of different things (mainly a new owner and apartment management group) the apartments are turing.. south. We are seriously embarresed sometimes to say we are managers here.. we really have no power or authority to get things done for people.. and so things are not getting done and it's really frustrating needless to say. Well because of all this we are looking into buying a house again. We really don't know how much longer we will live in Albuquerque..but the possibility is there that John's job at Sandia could turn into a long-term career.. I really don't want to move out east so it would be great if we could stay here. We also know that if we do end up staying in Albuquerque we would move to Tijeras.. which is a the foot of the mountains east of the city. Beautiful and away from the city. So we are really looking into that possibility and getting excited about it. We are also looking into buying land have having a manufactured home made for us. Does anyone have any experience with manufactured homes? We don't know much about them. There is a company here in town that does them.. and it is different that a mobile home.. but i'm not sure how different.. so we will see about that.. We have a lot to look into and a lot of praying to do. I'm not sure if I ward will ever forgive us for moving out though.. I guess our ward was just demoted to a branch because we don't have enough active priesthood leaders. So sad.
Well things have been busy and good. This is the worst time for john and school. He always loses his motivation and homework discipline every semester around this time. Hopefully he'll get back on it soon. :)

WOW! Only 42 days! That is so exciting. You are doing so awesome! Keep up the exercise. It gets harder and harder as you get closer to your due date. Just don't over do it. It's not worth it.

You know that if you buy a house, you HAVE to call me! I don't think we are licensed in New Mexico now that we've changed companies, but I can still help you. I can tell you a lot about manufactured homes, too. We deal with them a lot (they are not my favorite). I can't believe you are having a baby in 42 days! Wow!! We want to come visit soon... But it probably won't end up being until after your little one is born. Matthew is so hard to travel with overnight! But he will get better with age. I miss you!

You know that we are moving back to Albuquerque didn't you? We ware moving onto the west side where we lived before and LOVED it. We are just waiting to sell a home. Albuquerque is very East side vs. West side which is so dumb. When we lived there before, our bishop's wife even stopped talking to us when we moved from the East side over to the west. How dumb is that. I highly recommend you look in Ventana Ranch. We loved living there. From what I know, manufactured homes do not gain equity. I know that Buddy is VERY anti manufactured homes. Where are the apartments located that you live in now?

I loove Babies!!! I can't wait until you have your very own bundle of joy with you all the time! It is so wonderful! And exhausting! The exhausting part for me lasted about 2 years, and as soon as I got my energy back I got prego again! Yeah! Keep up the good work excersising, it pays off in delivery, so they say... Anything that makes that easier is worth it! About the home, I worked at a dealer that sold them in Cedar City, and they required a lot of maitenance. I ordered all the warranty repairs for the new owners, and let me tell you they used it!!!! Lots of cracking with the settling, we had a lot of mold issues due to this. But, I think they can be the best option for some ppl, and comfortable. Good luck with everything!

how exciting. I didn't know you guys had a blog!

I'm not a patient man, and the last month of my wife's pregnancies have always been real anxious times for me. Everyone is always saying to enjoy that time together, and it just seems real hard to do when I'm so ready for it to be over- (and I'm not even the one with the kid in my belly!)

You guys are awesome.

We are getting excited for you. Not too much longer. I just got back last week from helping to take care of Little Lucy, Jed and Laura's new little one. Such fun!

I hear you got to practice by watching Taylor for Paul and Nicole the other day. I know they really appreciated it and enjoyed seeing you.

Good luck!

Love, Earlene and Scott
